This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the licensed image for digital and screen-based purposes only, including:

  • Websites

  • Social media platforms

  • Email marketing

  • Digital advertisements

  • Online listings and directories

Restrictions:

  • No print usage

  • No resale or sublicensing

  • No alteration that misrepresents the original image

  • No use in logos, trademarks, or NFTs

Step 3: Select your license and enter the photo name at checkout

Print Resolution License (Print & Digital Use)

This license grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the licensed image for both digital and print purposes, including:

  • Marketing flyers

  • Posters

  • Brochures

  • In-store signage

  • Editorial features

  • Digital platforms (same rights as Screen License)

Restrictions:

  • No resale or sublicensing

  • No use in logos, trademarks, or NFTs

  • Image may not be used in a way that is defamatory, misleading, or unlawful
