  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return (see Section 4).


2. Return Process
a. Initiating a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at hello@nexusofculture.com or via our website's support form with your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for return authorization before shipping the item back.

b. Shipping the Item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization email.

  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, undergarments) for hygiene reasons.

  • Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

  • Digital products, such as downloadable magazines.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Contact customer support to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Availability of replacement items may vary based on stock.


6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately at hello@nexusofculture.com with a description and photos of the damage or defect.

  • We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other resolution as necessary.

7. Marketplace-Specific Policies
For products purchased through third-party sellers on the Reverie Faces Marketplace:

  • Each seller may have their own return policy, detailed on their product listing.

  • Buyers must contact the seller directly to initiate a return.

  • Reverie Faces Marketplace may assist in resolving disputes but is not responsible for seller-specific policies.
